WE ARE INVOLVED IN AND SUPPORT
CONSERVATION
As Professional Hunters, we promote and directly fund
worthy conservation projects
How hunting supports conservation.
Responsible hunting plays a vital role in wildlife conservation. Through regulated hunting, funds are generated for anti-poaching units, habitat restoration and wildlife research. Hunters often contribute directly to the preservation of species and ecosystems by following strict quotas and supporting local communities. This sustainable approach ensures that future generations can experience the wild as it was meant to be — untamed, balanced and thriving.

And I dream of the vast deserts, the forests, and all of the wilderness of our continent,
wild places that we should protect as a precious heritage for our children and for our children's children. We must never forget that it is our duty to protect this environment."

SCI BELL FAMILY BLUE BAG PROJECT -
THROUGHOUT THE GLOBE
The major objective of the SCI Foundation is to provide Humanitarian Services to people and communities worldwide. In 2015 the Bell family joined with the SCI Foundation in support of their Humanitarian Services program by making a major funding commitment to what is now known as the Bell Family Blue Bag – “Pay It Forward” initiative. It is the goal of this program to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate by delivering needed supplies and support via a “Blue Bag” throughout the world.
As hunters, we take our social responsibilities seriously. Professional hunting is estimated to produce around 2.6 million tons of meat annually, with a substantial portion donated to schools, children's homes, senior living facilities, and animal shelters. At Damara African Safaris, we contribute to the local community through weekly donations of meat and food.
We ensure that everything we hunt is utilized.
